Shipping policy

As soon as we receive your order, we will immediately get to work to deliver everything to your home as quickly as possible.

We ship everything from our studio in Bokhoven (Den Bosch). Everything is carefully packaged and shipped. We use DHL for this. Shipping costs depend on the shipping address. This will be visible during checkout.

Orders to the United Kingdom and outside the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT upon arrival. These costs are determined by customs of arrival country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

If this is not the case, please contact us. We will then look for a suitable solution if possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the shipping details and tracking number.

When will your package be shipped?

We strive to ship your order within 2-5 business days after receiving the payment. If it is not in stock or if you have special requests, it may take a little longer to ship your order.
