Shipping

As soon as we receive your order, we’ll get to work. Everything is packed with love and care in our studio in Bokhoven (Den Bosch) and shipped safely with DHL.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands, shipping is free on orders over €125. For orders under €125, we charge €X in shipping costs.

For shipping to other countries within Europe, we charge €15.

Good to know: free shipping on orders over €125 does not apply if your shopping cart contains discounted items.

Would you like to order from a country outside Europe? Please send us a message. We’ll be happy to look at the available options with you.

Processing & delivery

We do our best to carefully process and ship your order within 1–2 business days. If an item is not immediately in stock or you have a special request, it may take a little longer. Of course, we’ll let you know if that is the case.

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your Track & Trace details.

Orders outside the EU

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom and other countries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, VAT or other local charges upon arrival. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient.
