Our Return Policy

Returns: We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be returned in the condition they were received, with the original tags attached. We do not accept worn, damaged, altered, or used goods. We cannot accept returns of personalized items unless they are defective, or gift cards.

Return Instructions:

  1. To return your product, send us an email indicating which product you wish to return and why.
  2. To return your product, send it to STUDIO SIF, Sint Corneliusweg 8, 5221 BX Den Bosch.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item from outside Europe, please mark it as a 'return shipment'. We cannot refund import duties if they are incorrectly charged to your package.

Sample sale items (seconds & samples) are one-time and sold as seen via Instagram stories and cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

As part of our ongoing sustainability journey, we produce in very small batches – so we advise ordering the size you need as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. We cannot refund personalized items or items that are visibly used (unless they are defective) and gift cards.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, please email us at info@studiosif.com. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank – there is often processing time before a refund is posted.

In the unlikely event that the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact info@studiosif.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
