I would like to order
Would you like a basket from STUDIO SIF? You can.
We workwith a small stock. Once you have made a choice in the webshop, you will see
whether the desired product is in stock. If it is unexpectedly not in stock,
the delivery time of the product is 3 weeks. This will also be indicated.
If you place an order with Studio Sif from outside the EU you can contact us. Ordering from the webshop is only possible from within the EU.
I need help with my order
We are ready to help you with your order or choise issues.
You can contact us via phone or email. Everyday between 9:00 and 17.30.
Outside those hours you can always try but I cannot garante that I will be able
to pick up the phone or answer inmidiate questions via mail. Normaly we respond
quickly.
Can I change or annul an order?
It is not always possible to annul an order. Especcially orders that have been made for your specific taste and that have gone into production. Do you really want to change or annul an order, please contact us and we will look at the possibilities.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
STUDIO SIF will always send a confirmation of an order.
If by any chanse you did not receive this please contact us.
I have a special question, where can i place this?
You can reash STUDIO SIF via email to info@studiosif.nl or calling. We are dailly reachable by phone between 9:00 and 17.30 hours.
My product is not in stock?
All our products are handmade and we keep low inventories against unnecessary waste. Send us an email for the latest update concerning new stock.
PAYMENT
How can I pay?
At STUDIO SIF you can pay in several ways:
You can pay through the various options offered in the studiosif webshop.
Can I pay in advance via bank transfer?
Only if it is a custom made basket. Products from the webshop can only be paid for through the webshop options.
Is the price including shipment costs?
We ship products for free from €125 within the Netherlands. For orders outside the Netherlands, the shipping cost will be mentioned at checkout. We do not ship outside of Europe.
Is the price including or excluding VAT?
All our mentioned prices are including VAT

COMPLAINTS
I have a complaint?
STUDIO SIF takes complaints seriously and will make every effort to resolve the problem.
Please send us a full and clear description of your complaint in writing by post or email.
We will always acknowledge receipt of your complaint and will reply within 14
days of receipt at the latest.
If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute procedure is
in force as described in the general terms and conditions.
My order is faulty, what should I do?
In such a case, please contact STUDIO SIF directly by phone or email. STUDIO SIF will do everything possible to solve the defect or send you a good product as soon as possible.

RETURN SHIPMENT
When can I return my product?
Upon receipt of your product, you have 14 days to return it to us without giving reasons except baskets made to order that are made to customer specifications (see terms and conditions article).
The return procedure is as follows:
- First inform info@studiosif.com to which address the product should be returned to as this may differ from our office address.
- We expect you to return the product(s) and all accessories to us as much as reasonably possible in the original packaging.
- Please stamp sufficiently and send the product. Note that postal services not guarantee delivery by letter post, we advise you to always send a return by parcel or registered mail. The cost of return shipment is borne by the consumer.
- Upon receipt we will check the product for damage ets. We expect you to return the product(s) and all accessories to us as much as reasonably possible in the original packaging.
- Please note that used or damaged items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If everything is in order, we will refund your purchase price to your account.
Please note that there are some products for which this general rule does not apply:
- Custom products where the product is made per order according to the consumer's wishes. For more information see the general terms and conditions.
- Products that are clearly personal in nature.
To what address should I send a return shipment?
Before returning a shipment, please contact info@studiosif.com for the correct address to which your produt(s) should be returned. This can sometimes differ from our office address.
How quicly will I get my money back?
STUDIO SIF will first check the returned goods for damage etc. We expect you to return the product and all accessories to us as much as reasonably possible in the original packaging.
STUDIO SIF will refund you within 14 working days at the latest.
Who pays the return postage?
With a normal return, if there are no defects or damages, the costs of returnn are for the consumer.
If the delivery is defective or damaged, please contact us first about the method of return. In principle, we pay the postage costs in such cases.

When can I expect my shipment?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive the track and trace code as soon as your package is sent by STUDIO SIF. If your package is sent by other methods you will recieve a message from us.

Which shipping method can I use?
STUDIO SIF uses different postal agencies, depending on the address. The various options will be shown during check-out.
Can I pick up my order?
STUDIO SIF always sends by postal the products ordered via
the webshop. For custom made you can come by to pick up if desired, by
appointment.
